Vintage Bridal Shower Favors: Five-Minute Lavender Sachets

Chapter 2 Tutorial
Vintage Bridal Shower Favors:
Five-Minute Lavender Sachets

These darling little favors are easy to make and something special that your guests will love to use!

Lavender is a soothing, relaxing scent that helps chase out unsavory smells from closets and drawers.
Use your imagination and creativity to add your own special touch to this simple sachet.

Lay flat one doily or lace-edged handkerchief.

Arrange lavender buds in center. It's best to use dried lavender because it stores forever.

Bring fabric up around the buds and tie off with
ribbon or string to form a small bundle of buds.
Each time you handle the sachet, more of the wonderful lavender scent is released. You can also squeeze the sachet, crushing the lavender buds to release the scent.
